Take your design from concept to finished product. During our iterative workflow, we will create a 3D design of your concept, generate photo realistic renderings of the model, and manufacture functional prototypes before reaching a finalized design.
Produce strong, lightweight parts.
We will take an existing part and produce an optimized version using topology optimization and generative design. This is accomplished by running stress simulations on the 3D model and removing material or adding lattice structures in targeted areas.
Realistic part rendering.
We create stunning computer renders of 3D models. If you need to display your concept or part but do not want to invest in prototype manufacturing, then renderings are a great option. You can show these renders to investors, potential clients, or employers as an aid to convey your idea.
Reduced part counts within assemblies.
Because of the limitations of traditional manufacturing techniques, complex parts need to be broken up into smaller subparts. These subparts form an assembly which is heavy, weak, and expensive to produce. Utilizing the freedom of 3D printing, those complex parts can now be printed as, in many cases, a single part, eliminating the need for assemblies entirely.
Convert old drawings to modern 3D designs.
If you have any old drawings that need to be modernized, we will take them and build them into functional and visually pleasing designs.
Reverse engineered part design.
If you have a broken part, or want to replicate an existing part, but don’t have access to its 3D model, we can take that part and create an exact model of it. We can then 3D print the 3D model if more parts are desired.
